Trans Mountain Pipeline Open Season
Trans Mountain Pipeline Limited Partnership hereby issues a notice of Open Season and is seeking binding 15 and 20 year transportation agreements for all pipeline transportation services between Alberta and British Columbia. Depending on the results of the Open Season, such expansion is expected to be comprised of pipeline facilities that may complete the looping of the pipeline in Alberta and British Columbia, pumping stations, tanks in Edmonton and Burnaby and expansion of the Westridge Marine Terminal, with a planned in service date in early 2017. Following a successful Open Season, Trans Mountain will undertake a thorough and comprehensive consultation, environmental assessment, and regulatory application development and review process. The 1,150 km pipeline has a current capacity of 300,000 barrels per day.
